TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Temporary (1Year) - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Reporting to the Manager CRM Operations, CRM Activation Executive is responsible for CRM content and creative, channel and consumer experience planning, implementation, and optimization. Understanding the target audiences and approach to ensure loyalty - deepening IQOS conversion, driving advocacy. Using a combination of CRM channels, bringing targeted & personalized communications. 1. CRM Operation & Management - Collect business teams’ (CX team, Retail team, Digital team, etc.) requests for CRM campaigns (target, assets, deduplication, schedule) and translate them into technical requirements for campaign execution. - Coordinate with Customer Care & IT team, and local agencies for successful campaign delivery without issue. - Build and maintain documentation on CRM campaigns, performance, processes, policies, configuration, and operations. - Collect CRM campaign performance and customer behavioral data using Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Query and Google Analytics. - Support customer complaints and claim to deal with customer information and transactions before/after CRM campaigns. - Manage CRM operation agencies & accounts and CRM tools & systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Kakao Business (plus), Google Analytics, and Bit.ly) - Manage CRM calendar with control # of messages / uses of CRM channels/ campaign history to keep a healthy level of consumer communication and future planning. 2. CRM Planning & Optimization - Plan and deliver communication strategies to existing and identified IQOS Consumer Database members through the different CRM channels. - Develop and optimize for CRM contents/channel for high engagement by constantly reviewing and analyzing of key CRM KPIs (e.g., Engagement rate & Conversion Rate) - Collaborate with CRM agencies and internal business teams on CRM segmentation, content enhancement, and target optimization. 3. Customer Data & CRM Performance Analysis - Ensure CRM campaign data is updated in the performance report/dashboard to enable related teams visibility of campaign results. - Drive tracking reports, analyze performances, and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations. - Track and analyze data capture, data usage, CRM KPIs and deliver reports. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, digital, computer science or IT - Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in digital & CRM for B2C business, preferably working in consumer goods/retail (More than 2 years’ experiences in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results) - Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud (*Certification on Salesforce technologies is a plus) - Understanding or experience in using productized Cloud Services and Google Analytics. - Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders. - Technical understanding for consumer data platforms and ecosystems would be plus. - SQL is a plus. - HTML/CSS skills is a plus. - Kakao strategy and admin channel management is a plus. - Business level English is mandatory both verbal & written communication. - Fluent Korean language.
