As part of the Customer Experience Design team, you will be in thrust into the new frontier of Trade Engagement, with digital at the core of everything you do. We will need your strategic mind, creative thinking, and agility to provide our partner retailers with hard-working and exciting communications via Appwards. You will ensure smooth planning, development, and implementation of Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) communication campaigns directed towards retailer audience. Your responsibilities include: Ownership of DTE products (e.g. UPC) and end-to-end deployment of campaigns and projects - Lead the communication strategy, asset development, content calendar planning, and publishing of assigned products and / or campaigns - Conduct feasibility on plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as undertake field visits to gain a holistic understanding of target audience, segmentation, and consumer insight Work with cross-functional team (Brand, CE Digital, CE Activations, Trade Planning & Deployment) for campaign deliverables - Develop and prepare Content Plan detailing timely and accurate executional requirements, audiencing, and publishing timelines while ensuring adherence of executions to branding and regulatory mandatories Follow through on third party agency asset deliverables (artworks, copy, digital events) - Build relationships with external stakeholders and adjust plans and executions as a result of this continuous collaboration. Partner with agencies and / or graphic design lead to ensure content released remains consistent with established brand identity. Consistently monitor campaign KPIs and content performance to ensure effective deployment and having the agility to pivot if necessary - Provide learnings and insights that will feed into development of DTE communication strategy for assigned campaign - Prepare and analyze reports and make data-drive recommendation for pivots or optimizations.
