As the Principal Domain Architect - Apps&Device, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our consumer and retailer engagement platforms. You will be responsible for defining technology for new capabilities, improving and simplifying our current landscape, and ensuring our platforms meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and extensibility. This is a unique opportunity to work on a global scale, with 80+ countries and 30 million legal age users, and to provide an exceptional experience on any channel. Responsibilities: • Set overall standards and direction in the business/technical domain, ensuring the right IT investments are made. • Elaborate the domain architecture's baseline, target architecture, and roadmap covering capabilities, applications, platforms, services, information, data, and technologies. • Find opportunities to improve architecture domain, such as reducing duplication, consolidating applications and platforms, improving operational deficiencies, and enhancing automation. • Ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the domain architecture scope. • Advise product owners to improve the usage of standard technology functionalities. • Collaborate with other teams to develop detailed and complete functional specifications for complex use cases within the B2C, B2B, and Omni-channels technology landscape. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: • A university degree or equivalent work experience in the B2C IT domain. • 10+ years of B2C technology solutions implementation experience across various areas, ideally in an FMCG environment. • Strong proficiency in implementing IOT for application and back-office services on a large scale, encompassing device management, rules engine, firmware upgrade, and mobile web or native capabilities, among others. • Strong enterprise IT architecture background, including processes, data, methodologies, and frameworks. • 10 years' experience in architecture design, end-to-end solution delivery, and implementing IT process improvement. • Experience in crafting solution architecture with SaaS/PaaS, custom-built, AWS applications, and working in projects that use Agile and DevOps standard methodologies. • Analytical and results-focused mindset. • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments. • Collaborative individual with the ability to inspire and effectively influence others.
