We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect knowledgeable in the Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, and Reporting (PBF&R) domain with specific focus on Tagetik application. The ideal candidate not only demonstrates technical proficiency but also embodies proactive self-management and a keen understanding of business dynamics. This role involves seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams and third parties to facilitate impactful transformations. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent work experience in an IT related field • Know-how and proven multi-year experience with CCH® Tagetik • Knowledge of other Finance solutions is advantageous • Understanding of business processes in the context of Finance, especially around Planning, Budgeting Forecasting, and Reporting (PBF&R) • Understanding of common industry frameworks like SCRUM, ITIL • Strong communication, customer management, and presentation skills in English • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external partners • Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive tasks execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Architecture Leadership: Direct the development of robust and scalable architecture solutions within the PBF&R domain focusing specifically on the architecture landscape of Tagetik application. Ensuring that business strategies and drivers are analysed and synthesized to formulate relevant IT solutions considering trends, pace of technology evolution and impact on the enterprise • Architecture Design: Direct the development of IT PBF&R architecture solutions across all architectural perspectives, tailored to the specific needs, the wider PMI context, and bringing the best modern architecture principles. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively recommend improvements to solutions and provide recommendations about solution development • Solution Management: Lead and manage technology, business, and delivery partners providing guidance, mentorship, and structure to deliver designs on time and with the right alignment. Ensuring that relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are taken into account • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT architecture, processes, and procedures to support compliance, troubleshooting, and asset reuse • Partnership: Engage closely with management, IT and Finance teams, ecosystem partners, and user representatives to understand their underlying needs and facilitate the creation of excellent solutions • Leadership: Develop and contribute to team culture of delivery, agility, service excellence, and continuous improvement WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
