We are looking for a Manager P&C Operations & Labor Relations as part of the Management Team, driving the People & Culture strategy for our factory in Portugal, based in Albarraque where we have our plant. In addition, you will be responsible for our Labor Relations agenda across all Portugal. Reporting directly to our Head of People & Culture Portugal you will have as main responsibilities: • Act as change agent with new ways of thinking and a high sense of customer focused communication • Build the Manufacturing of the future from a People & Culture point of view, with best-in-class Talent Management, Engagement and organizational strength. • Inform, contextualize, influence and deploy PMI P&C strategy to drive business outcomes. • Sustain collaborative stakeholder management with PMI’s SSCs, COEs and Works Councils/Unions and the factory leadership for all key People & Culture processes. • Provide your internal clients with advice and coaching on all business and Labor Relations matters with an organizational or human aspect to add value. • Provide change management expertise and build competitive advantage through people, ensuring that strategic objectives are exceeded. • Drive a Labor Relations Roadmap aligned with People & Culture strategies. • Manage Labor Relations end-to-end from consultation/negotiation processes with our social partners and benchmarking trends to strengthening the Labor Relations capabilities across the organization and turning risks into opportunities. Education, experience and desired functional knowledge and skills: • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. • Substantial experience in Human Resources e.g., as a Business Partner/Generalist • Substantial knowledge of Labor Law/Labor Relations • Experience in changing/transforming moments and matrix organizations. • Customer and results oriented, having excellent communication skills and a strategic view. • Joy to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to proactively network and establish a high level of collaboration. • Data driven and game-changing mindset. • Strong fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and verbal).
