In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer-focused culture, organizing functions to work more effectively together, and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us. Your ‘day to day’ You will be responsible for collaborating for the deployment of the strategy for all areas in the Caribbean markets. Also be part of leading the cultural transformation that our company is passing through. You as a Specialist Business Partner will: ∙ Deploy people strategies for certain divisions in the Caribbean and support the success of the business strategy; ∙ Ensure deployment of all key P&C Processes and Services, aligning them to the context of the area. ∙ Act as a change agent, proposing new ways of thinking and making sure those ideas are implemented; ∙ Provide your internal clients with advice, guidance and mentoring on all business matters that have an organizational or human aspect; ∙ Guide the cultural transformation strategy with your clients. • Support in workforce planning & Talent management matters Who we’re looking for • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related. • Between 4-5 years of experience in human resources, including generalist, and at least 3 years (must) in business partner roles, especially in FMCG companies, such as food, beverage, electronics, beauty, etc. • Experienced companies in a changing, M&A, or restructuring moment, working with a matrix organization structure. • Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a requirement. • Customer- and results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strategic view. • Ability to work in a dynamic, moving environment. • Good understanding of core P&C areas of intervention (Total Rewards, talent management, Learning and Leadership Development, Talent acquisition, performance management, employee experience, labour relations) What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
