Join us in our People & Culture team, as People Engagement Senior Specialist you will contribute and lead projects in the Italian market for employee engagement and advocacy. Synthesizing and adapting Global/regional initiatives, leading, adapting and developing the local channel ecosystem, deploying campaigns and channels for the awareness of the Management Team messages and People & Culture topics and services. All in alignment to the company vision, to the objectives and employees pulse and feedback in order to build a coherent employee centric culture. You will directly report to the People Engagement Manager Specific responsibilities include: Employee experience and action planning: • Support the People Engagement Manager in Italy with the coordination and execution of engagement programs in the market • Contribute in running Local Employee listening activities, engaging with the Italy P&C team, Global People Engagement and Global Communication Teams to understand key programs, practices and engagement priorities, and implement initiatives that support the growth, success and sense of belonging of employees in Italy • Analyze and interpret the results of organization surveys, do a deep-dive analysis on issue areas and support Managers to diagnose organizational issues/situations. Internal communication: • Co- create and publish and monitor engaging content in alignment with PMI communications guidelines and in synergies between external & internal communication, social responsibility, building reputation, loyalty & brand • Co-Create and maintain an annual communication calendar • Collaborate with the key stakeholders in the market to collect all the communication needs, develop and manage calendars of key messages to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts. • Support in monitoring and report the progress of people engagement initiatives and adjust the plan accordingly, both regarding initiatives, audiences, content and channels Diversity Equity & Inclusion & Wellbeing: • Coordinate the deployment of global Wellbeing and DEI programs and activations, identifying common approaches to localisation and mapping out of activities for both markets. • Coordinate External Certifications related activities: action plans, data gathering, presentations and audits. Who we’re looking for: • University degree • At least 5-6+ years of working experience in People & Culture (HR)- Internal communication area in complex Organizations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Italian and English); • Strategizing, designing and executing plans for employees. • Experience in culture components design, people engagement, stakeholder management, , change management, project management, channel ecosystem set up and management; • Data management, insight development • Ability to work within cross functional teams and positive attitude • Stakeholder management - Ability to develop trusting relationships at speed • Digital channels and social networks savyness • Efficiency Action Oriented - Learning on the Fly - Organizational Agility • Priority Setting - Problem Solving - Project Start Up and Management • Ability to work at pace with autonomy • Entrepreneurial Spirit What we offer Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
