We are seeking a strategic and motivated E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic Portfolio & Digital team. Reporting to the Manager Digital Marketing, your primary focus will be optimisation of e-commerce marketing strategies, analyzing customer data to maximise impact, and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention across various channels. This role will suit someone looking to grow their career in a global business that prioritises career development and has a passion for strategic audience segmentation. Your impact: • Optimise the e-commerce database, ensuring data accuracy and health • Segment customer data and develop targeted digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and dedication • Monitor and analyze email marketing metrics to track campaign performance and find opportunities for improvement • Implement automated workflows and processes to streamline customer communications and enhance efficiency • Remain informed about industry trends and standard processes in ecommerce and customer experience management About you: • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing (e-commerce management & email) • Undergraduate qualifications in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Digital • FMCG / Retail or Consumer goods experience is highly advantageous • Commercially astute and an excellent communicator with the ability to work with cross functional teams • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Analytics • Strong analytical skills with experience generating actionable insights Please note, the internal position title is Digital Marketing Executive.
