Your ‘day to day’: As a Finance & Business Planning Manager at Philip Morris International, you will be an integral part of our Finance team in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. You will play a crucial role as a trusted finance partner to business functions and management, contributing to the identification, development, and deployment of company actions. Your responsibilities will include: • Using insights to contribute to building business scenarios and enabling valuable investment decisions along with the Consumer Centric Organization (CCO). • Leading and participating in business discussions with the Management Team. • Translating the strategic plan into an operational business plan and financial plans that support the local market strategy and regional priorities. • Supporting an integrated business plan that connects all commercial activities and drives the conversion of the consumer journey into financials. • Understanding and analyzing the macro-economic environment. • Serving as the primary liaison with external partners and the main point of contact within the organization, supervising local data governance to ensure compliance with PMI standards. Equivalent experience will be considered in addition to educational requirements. • Oversee all aspects of the Finance cycles management (OB/RF) in collaboration with the management and finance team. • Supporting the management in the preparation, analysis, and comments for Finance information reports and insights. Who we’re looking for: • A university degree in business administration, economics/finance, or a similar field. • 6+ years of experience in the position of finance manager, preferred in multinational company. • Experience in different fields of finance, including accounting, reporting, and controlling. • Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and company finance procedures. • Experience in leading processes and teams. • Strong data-driven mindset, with skills in data management, analysis, financial and business reporting, and data interpretation. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in PC skills, including Power Point, Excel, and Word. • Proficiency in English and the local language.
