The purpose of the position • Activate omni-channel operations strategically with efficiency • Ensure compliance across commercial operations • Lead team by transformation of new way of working Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. • Ensure compliance with PMJ/PMI guidelines and all operation processes (CAD / IC counterpart). - Develop operational policy, flow, and process, including IC review - Conduct regular process monitoring and implement improvement action as necessary - Fraud prevention management • Manage replacement performance in Japan market across all channels by being single point of contact. - Monitor current replacement performance per device versions and channels - Manage implementation of new process together with OC by coordinating with stakeholders in JP market (e.g. new tool, cycle hub data) • Manage comprehensive accountability - Lead replacement optimization, including project boost - Periodical compliance check for all channels - System access account control - SOP update, CoC, corporate audit • Team management and development - Transform to new way of working by collaborating with other Commercial teams and relevant stakeholders Qualifications ? Commercial operations experience 5+ years ? Process design and management ? Commercial Compliance or Audit / Assessment interviewee experience ? Manage / Supervise teams ? Knowledge in fraud management (plus) ? Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation) ? English- Fluent (verbal, written, presentation) ?
